The main rules
WorryZap is a place for everyday worries and kind support. Be respectful, keep personal information private, and talk to a trusted adult if something feels serious or unsafe.
1. About WorryZap
WorryZap is operated by PixelTech Solutions. It is designed for children to save everyday worries privately, share suitable worries with the Worry Wall and send simple supportive reactions or messages.
These Terms explain the rules for using WorryZap. Children should use WorryZap with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
- Choose a Code Name that does not reveal your real identity.
- Keep your password private.
- Provide the requested parent or guardian email for account recovery.
- Do not use another person's account or pretend to be someone else.
- You can permanently delete your account from your Profile.
Providing a parent or guardian email does not itself verify that person's identity or consent.
3. Worry Wall rules
Keep the Wall kind and safe
- Be kind and respectful to other users.
- Do not share personal information such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, school details, email addresses or social media usernames.
- Do not post bullying, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Do not deliberately disguise inappropriate words or try to get around WorryZap safety filters.
- Do not spam, impersonate another person or misuse the reporting system.
WorryZap checks public worries with automated safety rules before they appear on the Wall. These checks can make mistakes and cannot catch every possible problem.
Private Vault worries are not shown to other WorryZap users. Public Worry Wall posts can be seen by other logged-in users.
4. Reports and moderation
Reporting is private.
If a Worry Wall post seems inappropriate or unsafe, another user can report it for review. Reporting a worry does not automatically remove it and does not automatically punish the person who posted it.
PixelTech Solutions may review reports, remove a worry from the public Wall, restrict Worry Wall features or take other proportionate action where needed to enforce these rules and keep the service safe.
Repeated or deliberate misuse, including trying to bypass safety filters or abusing the reporting feature, may result in Worry Wall access being suspended. In serious cases, an account may be suspended or closed.

5. Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of the worries you create. By choosing to share a worry publicly, you allow WorryZap to store, moderate and display that worry to other logged-in users for as long as it remains public.
If you choose anonymous posting, other users will not see your Code Name, but WorryZap can still identify the account for safety, reporting and moderation.

6. WorryZap is not emergency or professional support
WorryZap is for everyday worries and peer support.
It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, crisis support or an emergency service. WorryZap does not promise that using the service will solve a problem or make someone feel better.
If something feels serious, unsafe or urgent, tell a trusted adult straight away. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency service for where you live.
7. Changes, availability and contact
We may update WorryZap or these Terms when the service, safety rules or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest version.
We try to keep WorryZap working reliably, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or completely free from errors. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
